I like to keep things upbeat, happy, cheerful and bright. I think you'll find that shining through in my work and I hope that my art and other creations give you the same feelings.

Payment

Loren Griffyn Art + Design Shop accepts Credit Card and PayPal as payment. This website has SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Sales Tax

Customers in Canada will be charged the current sales tax amount. Items shipped out of Canada will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping

All items are carefully packed to ensure safe shipment.  Items are shipped using Canada Post. Please contact me for Express Shipping information.

Orders ship within three to five business days unless otherwise noted.

*Because of the pandemic, please allow for mail delays especially to the United States.

International Shipping

I currently only ship to a select number of countries based on past sales. If I don't ship to your country, send me an email and I can let you know if it is possible. You, the purchaser, are responsible for all duties and additional taxes applied by your country’s customs agents.

*Because of the pandemic, international orders are taking up to 3 months or longer to be delivered, depending on country.  Please keep this in mind as there will be no refunds or exchanges for lost or delayed international packages. 

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please let me know if something is wrong within 3 business days of receiving your item and I will try my very best to come up with a solution that will make you happy again.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped. Contact me to check on the status of your order. Returns and exchanges are accepted if I am notified within three days of your receipt of the item, and the item is mailed back within seven days of receipt in the condition in which it was received.

Returns and exchanges for custom orders or commissions are not available. Exceptions made based on circumstance.

How to Use Coupon Codes

I may offer sales and coupon codes from time to time. The discount codes and other sales may be entered as follows: After you've viewed your cart, click "Checkout". Then enter your shipping/billing address, click "Continue to next step". Then, on the payment page, there is a field for "Discounts". Enter the code there and click "Apply".
